Very annoying that the National Express Nottingham website does not carry details of where to catch coaches now that the bus station has closed down. And for some reason, I can't ask a question in the website.
Always organised clean and tidy. Staff sometimes a bit rude but everyone seems very busy. National express services are great and those drivers are very polite and efficient. I don't use the nottingham transport buses so can't comment on their services at the moment .
It is sometime exhausting when I arrive at the bus but finding there is no chair available to sit down. Also the waiting room is without heater or the room is not well-designed so that people can get vold easily.
Very very rude national express customer assistant. They have no sympathy or any form of compassion on anyone. Avoid them at all costs!
