A very cosy cafe, staff making you feel very welcome... the chorizo pan hash was a lovely treat. Perfect lunch served fresh and time.

What a charming place for coffee lovers. Great friendly staff and a great vibe of the place, overall. Highly recommend checking it out!

UPDATE Was my go to coffee shop!!Recently, the cafe is running under a new management/ or may be bought?! Very disappointed! Starting from the coffee beans; they were roasting and selling high quality beans (AA or AB at least) but now!! No comment! Secondly, if you order a flat white or cortado, you will be served a single shot as standard (9-11 g of coffee) which is not part of the specialty coffee ethics or standards with one dose of 18-22 g, using two-spouts portafilters, they serve two customers!!! Third, Ive tried the filter coffee using Kalita twice, and was very watery without any flavour !!Ive spoken once with the dominant guy and told him that I didnt like the coffee and suggested few points, he got very mad!! you have to say youre the best all the time This review came after being patient on them and thinking they might change their money-oriented behaviour; but unfortunately I had to edit my old review from 5 stars and very happy loyal customer TO two stars and not coming back again!! my old review Was 5 sUpscale atmosphere and presentation .. love the attention to details of food and coffee serving! I've tried the smashed avocado & poached eggs on toast and that was unforgettable. For the coffee: I had a Pour-Over (using Kalita) with a Kenyan origin coffee beans and it was nice in the first visit and not (bitter) in the second. Told them and they offered me another free cup! GOOD CUSTOMERS RELATIONS you owe me that cup guys

Lovely little independent cafe! Amazing coffee although not the cheapest but worth it for the standard of coffee they serveStaff were lovely and helpful!

Very good coffee - my go too spot for coffee in Nottingham. The space is a little pokey and narrow but it functions well regardless. A very good looking selection of cakes and food on offer. It's nice to observe a great deal of care and attention going into the coffee here resulting in great espresso based drinks (flat white was very good - milk was silky and not too hot) and very good hand brewed filters (I had a delicate floral Ethiopian as part of a tasting flight - good skill in brewing). Good price too. If I had to mark it down on anything I would just say that the service can be a little frosty.
