Regular CoffeeI visit Costa most weeks when in town or at retail parks. Occasionally it is just too busy, which is a compliment. I always enjoy a latte and sometimes porridge or a slice of Tiffin. The facilities are good, out of town parking is usually available, prices and reward card good. I pay and collect reward points with my phone. Thank you Costa

Good location in the centre of town, good view over the old market square. There is setting on two levels, ground level, and underground seating, whilst nicely decorated, there are now windows. Normal menu for Costa, with the normal line.
Nice place to stop for a warm drink on a cold day. It was busy upstairs but there was plenty of seating downstairs. Drink was nice. Not too loud. Good location in the city ce tee near the Christmas markets and shops. Nothing bad to say about it. Standard cafe. Would rather go here than Starbucks who don't pay their taxes!!
Very dissapointing , the store is for want of better words run like a monkey house at a zoo in my opinion .The staff have been very immature on most recent visits and I am no longer going to visit as there are simply better Costa and other coffee shops.I went purely due to convenient location to my bus stop but can honestly say walking a little further will probably result in a much better experience .
