I had my 520d serviced here a year ago and received fantastic service. Although he was very busy he fitted me in and charged half what Stratstone quoted. Although my car was not able to show it's service record on the car computer screen, the owner spent extra time adding the software to enable it to do so, all at no extra cost.Very pleasant to deal with, will use again.
First time I went there was with a DPF error showing on my mini - found the fault really quickly (nothing to do with DPF) and also gave a fantastic service - car ran well after.Have been back several times for services and also once for a fuel pump error in the very cold weather. Always perfect job done. I would go to this guy every time.
Great service, the fault with the car was diagnosed within minutes, a price agreed and exactly that price charged. The car was given a full check over, and a couple of other minor issues were resolved free of charge, and a report on the overall condition and upcoming service requirements given. Please bear in mind the owner is a BUSY man and it pays to be patient; honest, expert serivce is well worth the wait!
