The staff are friendly except for Carol who is a nasty and sly old woman whos broomstick obviously is as old as her. She will call you behind your back while smiling to your face. My girlfriend spent a lot of money there but won't be going there anymore because of Carol's sly nasty actions. Why she is employed is beyond me.
