Made to look good on pictures but doesnt reflect the shop or area Wold not shop here again badly managed.

Went there to collect a CollectPlus parcel my wife had ordered. Small shop with limited range of stock and limited chaotic and generally problematic parking which the whole shops area suffers from.Queued at the main counter with a queue behind me waiting to be served. Waiting, I could see just how disorganised their parcels storage looked, with a double cupboard area behind the counter, far too small for the job, crammed to the brim with parcels. They were literally falling out of it it was so overfilled. Eventually, the assistant found the parcel, but while he and another member of staff dealing with another parcels issue were away from the tills, nobody was being served. One of them rang for assistance and the assistance joined us at the parcels cupboard to deal with another customer whose parcel had been lost. An absolute shambles. The place seems badly run and generally disorganised in all respects based on what I saw. I would NEVER use it to collect a parcel from again, let alone use it to buy groceries from. No stars if it allowed me to give that rating. Unless you enjoy standing in line and never moving forwards, Id recommend you do the same!

Open until late it is always nice to be be able to pop to the local store. Friendly helpful staff with well stocked shelves.

Good sized shop but they don't seem to have a massive selection of food

I normally pop into the Sainsburys further down the road after work but decided to check out the Co-Op for a change. It turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The range of products available is far greater than the Sainsburys store. The Co-Op is not as attractive inside as the Sainsburys store, however it makes up for this with the wide variety of foods, spices, alcoholic beverages, etc that is stocked.Update - the store has now been refitted and the range of foods stocked has been drastically reduced. Everything now seems to be stored in cabinets which makes the store look tidy but not very inviting. I now no longer have a reason to go there since the variety of stock has been reduced so use the Sainsbury's down the road instead.
