Went in last Oct 2017 as my gold crown which cost me 185 over 8 years ago had fell out went there 2 days later??? Dentist took my gold tooth looked in my mouth said can't do anything you need referring to hospital to have 2 teeth out ??? Paid over 55 pounds had nothing done ,,, rang 3 times gave them my hours I would be working to make an appointment for a mould to be taken for my new plate ??? Got no reply and no appointment. Two weeks before Christmas got a letter with a 100 pound fine stating I ticked I was on jsa??? Which I didn't as I paid,,, went in funny enough couldn't find that form ?? Said they will sort it ?? Month later got another fine threating with 1000 pound fine ,, had to sort it out myself ,, still no appointment for my new plate ???4 months later ,, nipped in 3 weeks ago asked what was happening ??? No referral letter had been done the dentist don't work there anymore even thou she's got my 180 pound gold tooth ???? Asked for a refund said the manager would ring me back waited 2 weeks,, funny enough she don't work there anymore ??? Went back in as still not heard anything promised a refund that day 30/5/18 ?? Waited a week went in its never been done again ?? Supposed to be in today surprise surprise no refund ,, so had my tooth which cost me 180 pounds plus 56 pounds for me to be referred to hospital which 8 months down the line still not been sorted ??? Just get told different stories every time,,, so I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone ,, fraud thief and plus no refund or treatment ????
Came to my appointment on time and waited 30mins, one of the younger ladies at reception has a bad attitude. When I went to the dentist they were in a rush and were jabbing at my gums not really taking any care in their work. This place has gone downhill, they need to sort themselves out!
My partner has been so scared of going to the dentist and finally plucked up the courage to go.. when we rang reception to book in him they suggested he see the lady dentist downstairs. He was so happy with his treatment, she has been patient, gentle and kind to us. All of the staff were very friendly and they got him in at short notice. Thank you so much.
I wouldn't go to this dentist if it was the last one in Nottingham. My partner called and made an appointment for me. She explained what had happened and how much pain I was in. One of my teeth has disintegrated leaving just the Base of the tooth. The receptionist was very understanding and booked me in for a 30 minute appointment and a temporary filling. I thought wonderful, the pain will go. I have just been to my appointment, and have left after having no work carried out on me. When asked about my temporary filling the dentist replied it isn't something we will do today as we need more time...... I explained that I had booked an extended time slot for that exact reason, and was told by the dentist that it 'wasn't possible' that we booked the appointment we did. He then insinuated I was lieing as these appointments can't be booked. The dentist then explaned the rest of the work I needed, I don't mean to be rude, but understanding his English was very very difficult and I still don't have a clue what he was saying, even tho I asked numerous times. In the end I left, I requested to not be contacted by this dentist again, and to have my personal information (the new patient questionnaire) to be removed. I will be speaking to the branch manager in friday when she is back in, as I do not feel this is how people should be treated, especially when all I have done is call and make an appointment
Was a great dentist untill my regular dentist left.. They keep canceling our appointments and this as been going on for a year
