I just wanted to let everybody know what an amazing and efficient practice this is. Not only are the staff welcoming and polite, the dentists are always warm and professional. The practice never fails to remind you of any appointments that you have booked, which is always a bonus for someone with a memory like mine Thank you for always putting your patients first.
Some people may call me a worrier and I often feel like I am wasting a dentists time when explaining all of my problems. I attended an appointment at this practice today and the dentist made me feel like nothing was a bother to them. They spent time explaining everything to me in simple terms, so I understood what was going to happen during the treatment I needed. They spent so much time with me even though they had other patients in the waiting room. Such nice and caring people.
I had a very painful tooth the practice was able to accommodate the next morning at 9am. My whole experience was very good compared to my previous dentists. The dentist was very good friendly informative professional. My checkup X-rays filling and plaque removal was done in one appointment . The whole process was done very efficiently . The job was well done. Very pleased .
