The chap I spoke to, Israr, was very friendly and helpful, and enabled me to sort out the problem myself. Almost all of my electricity had stopped, apart from a few lights. As far as I could see, all switches on the fuse box were in the right places. It was 9.00 at night and I was worried about having a freezer full of food going to waste. Israr could have just sent someone out and taken the fee but instead he got me to send him a photo of the fuse box and guided me to flip a recessed switch that I hadn't spotted. Problem solved! I was very impressed by the helpful attitude.
Called at 9.30pm and he was there within the hour. Price pre quoted beforehand. Both my parents rely on disabled electrical equipment. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

We called at approx. 9.30PM and Israr arrived around 1 hour later and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. They give you a fixed price before coming out so there is no misleading with pricing.
