My wife had a key cut from these guys got home and it was way too large for the barrel. Took it back the fella had to recut the key this time it fitted the barrel but it snapped when I turned the key so I went back today the owner/manger refused to replace the key. He had every excuse for why it was my fault key had snapped .I left store as couldnt be bothered to listen to the rubbish he was talking.I have now been to the professionals at valve shop in Hyson green and got key that actually Works.
This store is amazing. Has so much packed inside. Plants are of a great quality and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
