Certainly a five star rating for the level of care they offer. Significantly less than five stars for the difficulty you have in trying to park there. An even more stressful situation if you need to get to see a sick relative/friend as soon as you can - driving around or stuck in a queue to a queue looking for a space that isnt there.
Had chest pains as thought I may have had heart attack as have had 2 previous heart attacks advised by 111 to go to hospital went through assessment then had blood taken told had to wait 3 hours for further bloods to be taken if doctor thought it necessary. After 4 hours informed reception bloods still not taken after 5 1/2 hours went to nurse clear they forgot about me. A few minutes later they took more bloods by this time I had been in hospital about 8 hours and it was nearly 12.30am in the morning said I had to wait possibly a further 2 hours to see the doctor but it could be longer. Really is this what the NHS has come to, my son and daughter had taken me into hospital as I didn't feel well enough to drive and at about 1am I went home in disgust without seeing the doctor.
Visited A and E this morning with my daughter who had fainted and fallen down a flight of stairs. The nurses and doctors were excellent as was the care we received. Thank you very much
Visited the Emergency Eye Clinic after being referred by my Optician who had a concern after I visited with an eye problem. I was treated quickly, efficiently and with great care. I was given instructions as to what to do and told that if I was concerned or the problem didn't improve to go back.
My boy was very ill and was in for 5 days over Xmas. They looked after us both so well. Had a room to sleep over and had Xmas dinner and boxing day meal which helped alot. Had Xmas presents for my boy from santa and a lovely hamper for myself. Doctors and nurses were excellent. Thank you so much.
