So...where can I start...AWSOME! Went in to exchange a ring staff sorted it with no issue. A young man Prem helped me choose a ring for myself too. He listened to my taste in rings and we choose the perfect one. He checked my ring size and went out of his way! A credit to the company. Thank you Prem.
Very clean store with very helpful staff but couldn't find anything suitable.
Now this was a great example of customer service at it's best. Pandora was busy, very busy but we were made to feel important.
I've just came here to sort something out. The lady was very helpful took no time to deal with my problem. Also love the quality and variety. Would definitely recommend. Have been buying my jewellery here for about 5years and I'll keep doing it.
