Stay away from this company!Slow, rude, unprofessional.After making you sign and convincing you to buy a legal expenses insurance they just make you feel unwelcomed and leave you powerless, disrespected and humiliated.It is since October 2015 that I'm waiting for a positive outcome of my claim, after a traumatic injury caused by a negligent beautician who literally ripped off my upper lip skin leaving me with a horrible mark on my face for months. What I got back it's just a rude, inexperienced and unprofessional allocated solicitor and a careless head of department.Just stay away from them.
