A great place to buy whisky and other spirits. A stunning selection of independent bottlings of whisky including old collectable ones.The staff on hand are very helpful and very knowledgable so you can buy with confidence. Better than many independent whisky shops in my experience. I'll definitely be going again, and again.
My 90 year old dad and I visited this shop yesterday. To say I was disappointed by the service would be an understatement. I cant believe the reviews for this shop are so good. We were practically ignored. My dad was looking for walking sticks and there was no way they were going to help even after we had enquired about matching sticks. They replied to my enquiry in a put down way which made me feel stupid. Some Italian tourists came in asking about sticks too and they got the same response. I ended up helping her myself. Not a good reflection of nottingham for any tourist. It is such a lovely classy shop. What a shame the service doesnt match it. I could see they were nice to some of their other customers but not us. Wont be returning.
