We have in our deeds an area of land fronting our property along with other evidence that backs up our title deeds regarding the land area. The Parish Council decided to apply for this land without the correct standing as required when applying for any area of land which is a legal requirement when applying for ownership to the said land. However the Parish Council did not have the standing for the area of land in front of our property but applied with information on another area and they also asked for Notts C C to help in making a connection between our land and the information that they gave to the Land Registry, which could not be met, we have asked both the Parish Council and the Land Registry under the freedom of information act but neither can supply the standing for the area of land in front of our property. The Land Registry however undertook to give our property to the Parish Council without the legal requirements but we have provided all our evidence which is ignored by all, no one within the legal departments or the Government and MP will take a look at this perhaps it's because they all come under the umbrella of the legal system. This shows the improper way that the country's legal system is applied to the underdog that they can misuse their status and get away with. The only way you can get so called justice in this country is being in a position of power or to have connections and to have access to wealth.Joyce Barber

Visited the Nottingham office today, and can not speak highly enough of the service received. Our meeting was on time and the member of staff ie Jamie Smith was excellent. He went far over the call of duty to help us with our queries and submit our registration.I can not thank him enough for going the extra mile.Well done and so refreshing to see such good customer service.Thank you
Fantastic bunch of people that actually try to help you! The best government agency I have dealt with by miles.
I have been trying to contact this office for 3 days now and all I get is the engaged tone, amazing I spend money on documents you can not view before you purchase then when you download them the documents have not been updated, maybe there all on the phone.
