3 out of 6 meals had to be returned as there was literally no chicken on the chicken pizza and no sauce on the pasta dish. Assistant Manager was extremely rude and said 'you're not in Domino Pizza you know, these are rustic pizzas!' My friend mentioned that she would put her bad experience on Facebook and the response was 'oh good I can't wait'. Maybe a bit of training in people skills would go a long way.
Great efficient and proactive team looking after you. The central location is excellent being right on the tram and bus routes. Lovely tasty food catering for all diets. Inexpensive for the quality of food. Management ha e obviously got a great trip on the business and know exactly what they are doing with the venue. Can't recommend highly enough

Really enjoyed treating my sister to dinner here. The food was great and the service was really good. Only downside was when I received a latte I ordered, I assumed it would be to a typical temperature. I burnt my tongue and had three blister over my entire tongue. The waitress I told looked at me like I over reacted and just got me another coffee. Two weeks later, my tongue shed a layer of skin. Other than that and my sister laughing at my burns..a lovely place to dine with a lovely atmosphere.
