I was at a children's party with my boys. Excellent film and facilities in a intimate setting ideal for smaller numbers. The party rooms are a good size too. A brilliant birthday experience for everyone.
The Savoy cinema is awesome . It's really great value for money. The staff are always really friendly and welcoming. They have a great range of snacks and drinks available. Always my first choice for a cinema in Nottingham.
Brilliant and poignant Cinema that has survived the test of time and competition very well. Love the layout the venue and the old style feel. Also doesn't rip you off like the Big Chains do. I find I actually spend more because the cheaper tickets means I can buy a drink and a snack for the film too. Love it when I get to go there and always enjoy it. Highly recommended. Try it out it's worth going a little bit out of town for.
We love visiting the savoy as a family, myself and partner bring our two children aged 7 & 3 (almost 4) here often. The pricing is far cheaper than bigger chains, it has a lovely old school feel to it. Seats are comfortable, rooms are always at a comfortable temperature and staff are always welcoming.
Nice cinema that often shows non-mainstream films or live versions of theatre being performed elsewhere. I recently got to see Ian McKellen as King George, which I would never have been able to attend otherwise. Free parking can be found nearby if you're willing to walk a short distance.
