As always great service, staff very helpful and pleasant, we have a very nervous dog but when he walks in to the grooming parlour thats it he loves it there, they do a great job worth traveling the 20 miles each way.
Went into this store on Sunday, the service was brilliant and the staff very friendly. The guy (Connor) who helped us with our new pet was very informative, took his time to talk things through and even offered us information about another pet we had. Will definitely be coming back to this store amazing service.

Wasn't best impressed. Cared more about what was in my wallet than my dogs health. I realise it is a business and need to make money, but I felt they lacked consideration and empathy in our time of distress.
