When ordering my repeat by phone, have been told it will be ready but it isnt, so wasted trip on several occasions. No apologies or sense of responsibility. When trying to discuss how to improve communication Inwas passed to pharmacist who was not interested in what happened but in an intimidating tone of voice just started straight in with stop telling me how to do my job! why are you trying to jump the queue! Just put it in writing! Stop bullying my staff! It was very, very, very difficult to persevere with this conversation and find a space to speak at all, it was absolutely dreadful and nothing gets sorted out. They have no competition, are uncaring yet are meant to serve this community. I have moved elsewhere.
Staff okay, pharmacist very pushy and adamant on doing MURs so he can earn extra money from the NHS. They don't even tell you that they're going to do an MUR, the store assistant just says that the pharmacist wants to speak to you. You go and sit in the consultation room and he wastes 15 mins of your time explaining the meds and how to use them etc, which you already know and the doctor has told you. If you're in a rush this isn't ideal. I would like the option to accept or decline the MUR, not forced to do it. Never will I return to Sallys.

I am flabbergasted that this establishment is closed on a Saturday. This is totally unacceptable and I will be voicing my dissent at this wrongdoodle of a situation
