Visited today to pickup a International driving licence and was overwhelmed how helpful the staff were. They couldnt have been more helpful, well done.
I v sent a letter at the 19th to watford wd18 paid for 1 day delivery and it didnt get there even until now..
Excellent staff. We were well looked after by one of the staff members in particular Ahtikha and we hardly had to wait even for a few seconds on a busy Saturday afternoon. Keep it up!!
Terrible. No wonder the post offices are closing. Saturday afternoon and theres ONE person on the counter meanwhile two are floating around doing nothing but handing out tickets. Surely it would be a better use of their time if they went behind the counter and served. Absolutely ridiculous. In future I shall avoid this post office like the plauge. Also it's the scruffiest and most untidy place I've seen in a while.
