From initially viewing my new flat at short notice to getting the keys I can't fault anyone at David James, Cody and later Grace handled everything speedily, efficiently and no query or problem was a issue too small, they kept us informed every step of the way and we got the keys after two and a bit weeks. The inventory for the flat is extremely detailed with pictures which is very professional (and much better than previous inventories I have had!) and I know that my tenancy will be in safe hands and that any issues will be dealt with as soon as pratically possible.
