Was not my Sort of place, the new lock cottage conversion restaurant up the path from the Marina is lovely and is tastefully done up,costs more but worth the extra.
Fantastic. Went to pick up some gas and although the price had gone up they honoured the price quoted over the phone. Glad I went there and will be going back.
Very friendly service. The cafe is a wonderful place to meet friends and get a sandwich and a drink after the nearby Parkrun. This is one of the best highlights of my week.
Attended a 60th at the Riverside Bar last night. Venue was great although very warm inside but lots of outdoor space to move too on the river. Good selection of drinks at the well stocked bar. Plenty of nice friendly staff. Good food. Toilets could do with a spruce up but adequate. Could of negatives could do with a handrail for the steps front and back of the venue and most of all a sign at the end would be a real help not being there before our taxi struggled to find where to get in. All in all a good, entertaining night - thanks.
