Great day watching England v India test match. Full ground but good facilities, without the removal of all the character.
Lovely Victoria Embankment, Trent Bridge. Good place to park. Quick walk over the bridge to Nottingham Trent Bridge, plus football stadiums. 10/15 min walk
Probably the best cricket ground in the country. Great view and very friendly staff. I come most years and thoroughly enjoy the Test matches.
Lovely ground with a great view from wherever you sit - small stands close to the boundary ropes. Quaint pavillion and some lovely modern stands. Not much leg room in the cheap seats though. Big screens are very clear. Great facilities for eating and drinking too. Shop is disappointing (if I could I'd deduct half a star for that), there's not much in it, but that's a small quibble. Good value for money for tickets (esp the family tickets) and food too. Clean, modern toilets (better than Lords/The Oval). Staff are friendly and relaxed. Accessible by loads of buses from the town centre but walkable. Would love to come back.
Went to my first 20/20 match and I absolutely loved it. Great views and scoreboards were clear so you could easily keep up with the action. My only minor issue is it took a while to get served, but with around 13,000 people at the game it's hardly a surprise!!Great atmosphere, I would definitely go again.
