A waste of my time, the assistant was rude tbh.I ask for a size 10 grey Vans. I was told "wait here I'll check". A few minutes later she came back, saying "we have some hold this" (handing the floor models to me) and left. I assumed she went to find them. After some time of waiting I tried to find her only to see her talking to friends. I waited again trying not to interrupt. Eventually I got fed up and approached her. She forgot about the trainers and even the size I asked for. She said she would check ASAP and just went back to talking to her friends. She came back minutes later to tell me they no longer had the size I was looking for and suggested I could give the size 9s a go.
