Very friendly staff, and a reliable place to catch a train
The display board told me platform 3c but no sign anywhere to indicate if i should go down the steps on the left or right. Fortunately i am fit enough to run along the very long platform 3 to 3c which takes a few minutes. No staff to ask at the turnstile so unimpressed!!!
Good train station, plenty of information signs , ticket machines, coffee shops, co-operative food shop, taxi stand , direct connection with tram service
The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. There are waiting rooms and toilet facilities which are wheelchair accessible and the building is clean.
