I received very bad customer service today. The cashier told me, in a very rude manner thats I must call in advance for half a cake, where I have been a customer at cheese cake factory for nearly 2 years and I have never had to do this. Once she has said this I said alright and apologised but as soon as another customer came into the store she started shouting, repeating what she had already said instead this time in from if other people. Very poor customer service

Lovely place! Great variety. Folk serving were very friendly, and helped us as we wanted an eggless one, and the lady showed us which ones were eggless. The only reason for not giving the full 5 stars was because when I got home, I cut a slice and as I dived into it, it was icy (slightly frozen shall we say). I was expecting it to be lovely and soft. Saying that, a little time in the fridge and it was lovely. That has not put me off and I will be going again.
