Booked this as I had a groupon. Booked for 2 as I finish work at 1:30. Was told it would take 40mins which would leave enough time to get back for school pick up. Get there to be told by someone that my appointment was at 1. And told to wait then after 10 mins someone else told me that my appointment was at 1:30. Was told someone put it in wrong - 2 different appointment times on two different devices. Was told couldnt do my hair when I arrived as no time. Was offered 3 oclock after I had said I had to get back for school pick up. Both the staff who spoke to me were really rude and just walk off. Dont want to rebook and have asked for a refund from groupon. Wish I read the reviews for this before purchasing. Dont recomend.
Never again!!!! Had full set extentions all fell off within 3 days still no solution and blanking my facebook messages !
I had a brazilian blow dry treatment end of May I paid 100 pounds because my hair is short I use the right shampoo and the right conditioner when I wash my hair and after 1.5 month my hair is a nightmare its like I never did the keratin treatment .My hair is more frizzy than ever and I deffo need to use straightener every time I wash my hair.When I had the treatment they said it last 4-6 months and you dont need to straightening your hair and its not gonna be frizzy .Thats a lie I had a few keratin treatment in the past in a different salon and it was lovely my hair was smooth and straight for 4 months.Wasting my money never go again its not worth it they cant do what they said to the customer .When someone pay 100 pounds to have smoothie and straight hair at list for 4 months and it last just 1.5 month deffo not worth it .The only good thing it was a member of the stuff she was a lady I think from America and she was lovely and very kind with me
Visited the loft Salon after seeing the Wowcher offer for a full head of highlights, cut and blow dry and conditioning treatment. Usually the voucher is only for Izzy the trainee stylist but as I needed my hair doing before a holiday they booked me in with their new stylist Lula. at first like most people would be I was apprehensive about what I would get for my money.... But I shouldn't have been. the salon was friendly and Lula was amazing!! She is a truly great stylist with years of experience and a great eye for colour, she knew exactly what I wanted and I Love my new hair. I will definitely be back, I have found my new Hairdresser. Thank you so much!!
Only get my haircut by Holly when I go here she is the best
