I'm a massive comic/pop culture nerd. I love visiting this place whenever i'm in town. Highly reccomend a visit if you're willing to embrace your nerdy side.
Lovely little Forbidden Planet in Nottingham. Lots of interesting things absolutely everywhere and the staff are super nice.It most definitely feels like it's outgrowing it's size as items are displayed all the way up to the ceiling! (though this does make the shop look pretty great)
Loved coming here. Great comic selection, but perhaps a bit too many vinyl heads. Stock more board games please :)
Filled with fantastic comics, and enough pop culture memorabilia to convince anyone at first glance, that I am not as bland and tedious as people say I am. On busy days, I like to come here dressed as a woman, to ensure I can read comics, without the threat of another patron coming near me.
Went in just as store was closing. I was still welcomed In. Upon finding out I couldn't find what I was looking for the guy gave me his own personal copy. In all my time reading comics I've never received such good treatment. I would highly recommend a visit. They had a great selection of current back issues and a good range of toys too. So grateful for the kind gesture. I will return without a shadow of doubt.
