Excellent cafe. Such a shame the House of Fraser is closing down All the staff were very helpful. I have especially enjoyed my visits to the cafe over the years the staff are extremely helpful and the food is lovely. Their scones are second to none and they do make a beautiful cup of tea.
This place is closing, sad to say, as it represented a bit of quality, or at least, the price tags did. Perhaps folk saw through this via the glare of Internet shopping? The other quality store, John Lewis, is in the same shopping centre in Nottingham, yet seems to have always had a more service orientated approach. Anyway, it has a closing down sale, see if you can grab a bargain, especially if you are outside the "normal" size clothing range-there is no such thing, I know, but the reality is that very small and very large size stuff is what seems to be left.
A really nice place to be and lots of lovely friendly staff and very good for when getting my wedding suit and love Linea. lovely coloured lady on homeware floor with brown curly hair very pleasant and very polite and pleasant but such a shame that its going to be closing in February 2019. really hope it can be saved as its like a family atmosphere and happy
Staff were extremely rude when asking for help after refusing to accept gift vouchers that were no more than a few months old. Asked to speak to a manager for advice as we had a great deal of money on them who replied with she's been dealing with this issue all day and isn't going to do anything! Absolutely love this shop but will never be going there again.
