A great florist, my family have been using this long standing florist for many many years. Quality flowers always, which last well in the home and smell delightful. We dont use any other florist for our celebrations or tributes!
The owner of the shop (Marianne) is the rudest owner I've ever come across. She has no senses of customer service, or how to even address a customer. she belittled me on my knowledge of flowers, she shouted and disrespected me. I wanted to buy flowers for my girlfriend and was simply looking for guidance, but the owner was far too impatient and ill-mannered to help. Terrible customer service, I definitely won't be returning there again.
