I ordered a bunch of flowers from here and I was shocked at how bad the customer service was. After explaining I needed a bunch of flowers in a hurry for a funeral, rather than any degree of sympathy I was told "a funeral doesn't change my work load." After ordering the flowers anyway, just to ensure I had them I asked if it was best for him if I paid now or on collection, his response was another abrupt "Yes. I want to know you'll come back."If I'd taken the time to think about any of the many other flower shops in this area I would have just walked out. I certainly won't be buying anything from this rude man again.
