Absolute terrible - went to collect a Yale key which I requested to be cut, only to get home and the key did not work - went back to the shop for a second time and explained the key was no good. Left it with the Manager over the weekend, went to collect a second key 12 mile round trip again only to find this key did not work either, so back to the shop for a third and final time to give key back and get a refund. What an absolute waste of my time - went on ebay locksmith in Glasgow 7 key arrived two days later worked first time proper Yale blanks as well. Hall did not have proper Yale blanks and charged 18 for one key. Never Again
