Absolutely amazing service. Very kind staff. Couldn't get to work, car wasn't starting as of immobilizer, told me exactly how to fix through the phone. Couldn't be more happy. Definitely recommend to anyone!!

Can't fault them at all. Phoned up at around 10:30ish. Girl on the phone was very helpful and nice. Said the engineer will be with me just after 12. At 11:45 the chap turned up, was very helpful and had a good chat with him. 5 minutes later I had my car keys back in my hand and some good advice from the engineer. Price was very reasonable when o considered I had electronic keys and also when my insurance gave me the price too. Great company and I would recommend to anyone. Hopefully I never have to use them again though,surely I can't be thick twice
Brilliant service! Car key dropped on the lawn and mowed it up on Saturday pm, emailed Saturday night and replied within the hour with a price. Turned up on time on Monday and reprogrammed a new key.(Audi dealers require you to get the car to them and can take up to 5-10 days + they cost even more!)The locksmith was friendly, knowledgable and I thoroughly recommend them. Two other companies never replied!
