Our gorgeous, senior, miniature Shnauser is a nightmare at the groomers. Karen is a wonder woman with our boy every time! She goes above and beyond and I could not recommend her enough!
Karen is brilliant with both of my rescue dogs who are scared of the grooming process but can cope with Karen. She is calm and kind and does an excellent job.
