Jason Swift the Manager dealt with issues very professionally and always informed us every step of the way, even if it wasnt good news. He even went out his way to contact us outside of working hours to rectify or chase up information to get complete our application. Thought Richard Fenton was very good. However was not impressed with them overall. I always had to initiate phone calls and actually ask about the feedback! I was invited to open house and again was not asked about my feedback. Ask for sign to be taken down and it took them ages. I really thought the service was of poor quality. Yes you get the obligatory smiling pretty girl but that was about as deep as it goes!
I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to move to use this agency as they made everything so easy and as stressfree as possible. Not only did Mat give us such great advice before moving and such helpful recommendations but he also continued to answer queries after we had moved, which I thought was very considerate. I am very grateful to him for our new home and the transition we had in getting settled into it.

Richard and Sarah and the rest of the team were absolutely excellent. Richard was professional but friendly and gave very good advice relating to the sale of our property - we received an offer within a couple of hours of the open day.
