Love this shop. Plenty of unusual clothes. Pretty much on par with JD
Very nice clothing but poor service took a while and pruces got mixed up and i had to pay extra but didnt want to hassle as it took so long
Went in yesterday to buy a pair of trainers for my daughter. My daughter asked a female sale assistant to find us a size 6 to try it on. She was looking like she's not very happy at all. It's like we have interrupted her conversations and there's no smile no enthusiasm or wanting to help. The company should check in with the branch and check out all the workers. There are a lot of bad reviews and I'm one wouldn't visit the store again.
bad customer service, wanted to refund or exchange pair of shoes (bought size too small) and they refused and said that they've been worn, which is not the case as I bought them 2 days ago and wore them inside my house and quickly found they were too tight. shop at JD or FootLocker instead.
Cant refund a pair of shoes because there was no falt. But apparently according to the refund section on the receipt you can bring them back if they are the wrong size or colour. I tried to get a refund and they said unless there is a falt with them there is nothing we can doAbsolutely terrible service. Can't wear shoes I brought because they dont fit. What a waste of money and time
