Sick up to back teeth of going into shops to be told we don't have it in-store but we can order online, waste of bloody time!!!!!!
First time here and must admit staff very courteous and helpful. Maybe could do more in the 3E size for a court shoe/dress shoe but shoes I bought ready for winter very comfortable.
On holiday in nottingham.popped into hotter store with my mum who has type 2 diabetes, and bunions.met an assistant named jo,she is a credit to the company.jo was very patient also very knowledgeable. Jo tried in different in-soles till a perfect fit was found.have been in other branches of hotter in the country but have had poor service.would definitely shop here again.well done jo!!.
One of the worst services at this store in Nottingham. This is first time in my life to hear manufacturer have no stock and I am waiting for approximately one month Hotter made shoes and send it to market !!It looks Hotter made the shoes from China because Hotter failed to supply store within 3 - 5 days / standard delivery time. Hotter spoiled my gift and complained to them 2 times by email and three time visiting store. I never recommended Hotter - China shoes as they are not successful business because they are not sure if they able to sell shoes that's why they have no stock for one month !
Really Comfy Shoes. There's nowhere better for comfy shoes than Hotter and the service is friendly and personal. It is a very busy store though so worth planning in plenty of time when shopping.
