Appalling customer service. Very rude and dishonest. The workers were absolutely rude and the manager was worse and very sly and would undoubtedly take advantage of customers who are less educated and do not understand the contract. The manager tried to scam us and tried to add extra charges. We also had a quote from Magenta which he PHOTOCOPIED including my driving license and passport photo which he said he would shred after I did not go through with them but if he was going to shred it, why would he take a photo cooy? Absolutely disgusting and need to be shut down. Wastes.
The staff is very friendly here. The storage units are great. The prices are pretty reasonable. Easy accessible. Have 24/7 access. Good security system
