Apart from the access times being restrictive at times I have been very happy with this storage facility.
The operators are great and offer a good friend service
Poor, rushed and disjointed service. Workforce under-staffed at key times, not great storage quality and a computer system that doesnt send you invoices when promised and relied up that inevitably lead to problems.
Had a lot of stuff in storage here for a house move. Very secure but easy access using your individual gate code to get in. Anonymous storage lockers (available in many different sizes) which you lock with your own padlock so even the staff don't get access to your locker.Nice new lift big enough for a trolley to get you to your floor. Even the lift is protected by your gate code.Really nice, helpful staff. The prices were really competitive too, although I think the industry as a whole charges a bit too much for these services.Recommended.
I always chose this branch not just because of its good facilities and good prices but the customer service is excellent there, especially from Gabriel who is always helpful!
