These guys were amazing in helping me find a way home for my four bereaved nephews and niece. Don't know their names but they were literally life savers for us.
One member of staff at this station is consistently rude. Maybe they should focus more on harassing those people who get on the train without a ticket instead of harassing people with valid tickets that don't work through the barriers.
A mainline station with trains to a number of locations including London, Derby, Sheffield, Birmingham, Norwich, Manchester, Liverpool and Cardiff. Retail outlets offering hot and cold drinks, sandwiches and cakes. Books, magazines etc. Toilets on some of the platforms.
East Midlands Trains customer hate staff at Nottingham never change, still enjoying the "how may we make your day more difficult" style of "service", still giving sarcasm & lies to anybody who notices. This is why I cancelled my season ticket :)
Staff are amazing and always helpful. East Midlands Trains first class lounge is small and very basic but has air conditioning so always nice and cool in the hot weather Staff in the lounge are always friendly and helpful just a shame the whole first class product from EMT has gone down hill a lot!
