Good food, very friendly and efficient staff. Why do you have to walk up 2 flights of stairs to the loo everywhere nowadays? Nice loos when you get there
Went for a Christmas dinner for 35 people, they handled the group impeccably! The food was great, the atmosphere was on point and the staff was attentive and friendly throughout. I'll be returning for a regular meal soon!

Had afternoon tea for two. Would have been nice to be sat at a bigger table as there was so much on the table. It would also been nice to be offered top up on the tea. We were basically ignored and as the place was very quiet there was no reason. Could have been a better experience for the price which included a service charge!! What service?
I would like to thank browns for a wonderful experience. Every course was outstanding. Katie our server was attentive but not intrusive. The actual building inside and out was so beautiful combining historic character, comfort and luxurious coziness. We just loved it and cannot wait to return
