Danny called yesterday to replace three different locks on my home, one of which he upgraded, after a bag containing house keys & a driving licence had been stolen the night before. He arrived promptly at the time promised & carried out all the work quickly, efficiently & cleared up afterwards. He clearly explained the workings & made sure I tested the new keys. He offered other security advice & reassurance, & I would absolutely recommend anyone to use them.
I had my key cut here in the past and was served by Simon. The customer care and quick service has made them my go to locksmith. I've been to a few others in the Victoria centre and I have to say, their price is very reasonable.I have returned to them and have to say Simon's care for customer satisfaction is consistently great. The staff here are friendly and produce what you need quickly.I would definitely recommend this business to others.
I needed a broken fixed relatively urgently as a room needed airing following a carpet clean. Grays were with me within an hour and a half. Danny not only assured me the room wasn't nearly as bad as I thought but was able to complete the job (initially thinking I may have to wait for parts) quickly and efficiently. The cost I felt was very reasonable (Only 5 more than I was quoted by another firm who could not repair the window at that time) and I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again.
