Visited this attraction yesterday (Sunday), as the name implies it is an old theatre that has been renovated and now houses a private collection of paranormal material, the staff are very knowledgeable about the collection and offer a tour of the building for the very modest fee of just 4.I found all the staff to be very friendly and know what they were talking about and there is also a small coffee shop on the premises which serves drinks and snacks.Tour lasted around 45 minutes and I found it very interesting, please note that the tour is not suitable for wheelchair users due to the period design of the building.
Fantastic, original and hauntingly goodThe Old Picture House & Haunted Museum is definitely worth a visit if you're into ghosts, the paranormal or just want an interesting day out!The haunted museum are also DOG FRIENDLY! They welcome small dogs that can be carried around the museum.
We really didn't know what to expect when we got there. We were welcomed by really friendly knowledgeable guides who took us round the haunted museum. All the different rooms had weard and wonderful stories behind them. Would really recommend visiting, totally well worth the money and my kids enjoyed it to. Thanks for the lovely spooky experience x
done a few investigations here, amazing activity, different every time...... medium-ship evening was outstanding. i was told stuff i have never mentioned to anyone . always feel as if i am home when i walk through the doors
Brilliant place, lots to see and well worth taking the tour. Very friendly people who will answer any questions about the museum or anything ghost related. Would also highly recommend joining the team on an investigation that they host. You will have great fun and get to use a lot of equipment as well. Fantastic.
