Very unprofessional, over-priced and low quality.They showed up at my place with reused boxes, which was a big surprise to me. When I contacted their office the lady on the phone said because we had asked for an inclusive lump sum price, they didnt charge us for any boxes and used second hand boxes!!!! What sort of an inclusive price is that which excludes the cost of material?! When I said this should have been mentioned in the contract she got very aggressive and kept repeating herself as she didnt have any reasonable answer to my concern! Anyhow, they ended up using the new boxes that I had bought myself. They also used all the bubble wrap I had purchased without asking for my permission.The funniest thing of all was that they didnt have any siccors and were ripping the bubble wrap and tape with hands!!!They asked us to dismount and assemble our wardrobe ourselves because apparently they didnt know its a one piece wardrobe and their inclusive price didnt include this service either!!We had to live in between the boxes for four day as they couldnt arrange for their team to pack in one day and then move the day after!Now they have asked to pay the service in full before loading the boxes into their trucks!! I have moved many times before and this is the worst service I could have received. I hope the rest goes according to plan for tomorrow!!

Can not fault the professionalism and quality of the company and team that moved us yesterday into our new home. Nothing was a problem for them and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. Made a potentially stressful day highly enjoyable.
