Placed a large order with this company over the internet. They failed to ship the items and ignored all of my attempts at contacting them (Email, Facebook, Paypal). One month on and no items, no refund and no contact, very poor.EDITED after Asiana reply.This is the only contact I've had from you since I placed the order 7 weeks ago. Paypal refunded me after the case timed out due to inactivity on your side, I then took my business elsewhere. If your 'online shop team' can't even answer their own emails they don't deserve to be employed.
I was recommended to go there as I was told that there was a good variety of products.Unsure what to buy I ask a member of staff for help. The small Indian lady was so rude and unhelpful. She has no customer experience what so ever. Never mind that, no commincation. Dont Go there, waste of time. I left empty handed.

Ive been visiting Asiana Hypermarket for years. Love their range of vegan noodles for my daughter.But I was shocked when I saw all the amazing frozen foods, theyve just got all these freezers & its the best range of Oriental dumplings and dim sams Ive ever seen!!!! Im in love & so had to review them.Thanks for making my shopping experience even better. I recommend the duck dumpling in the freezer, the Japanese pop drink & the fresh roast duck (more than the frozen ones that they have). Best place for Chinese, Japanese & Ramen.
