I have visited the Bramcote practice since it opened and I absolutely love it.
I cannot thank this place enough for their care and compassion when I had to have my little jack russell benny put to sleep. Paulina the vet was very understanding and the receptionist, Helen was so sympathetic at such a difficult time

Absolutely fuming!!! My friends dog unfortunately got put down and they were meant to put her in the freezer but instead left her on the floor for 2 days because she was too heavy then when she was meant to be sent to get cremated, they sent her to the wrong crematorium in Northampton instead of Nottingham and when her mum asked to get her back the best they could do is send the cleaner who threw her in a bag and chucked her in the back of the car, she was covered in her own faeces and crushed. Absolute joke.
