I can.honestly say this vets is so friendly..honest and helpful..the best I have been to

The staff have always been kind and attentive over the years and incredibly supportive when our 14 year old fur baby finally lost her fight with cancer a few days ago.

Really happy with the service weve had here over a number of years.

Great staff friendly, supportive and knowledgeable

When I first joined this very they would have gotten a 5star rating, my dog was neutered there which was fine. My dog then had an accident (bigger dog fell on him) and the lady vet that was there was fantastic she didn't waste my time or money and was totally honest about what needed and DIDN'T need doing it is the first time a vet has told me not to waste my money on unnecessary treatment (X-Rays) which she could have done and that if I wanted them I could have them but it was not needed. AWESOME lady!!!However she had left when I needed to bring my cat and things just went downhill from there my cat had ear mites she had sores all over her head and ears but you could see the black mucas in her ears and that it was ear mites, not so the the vet, he said it could be an allergic reaction to fleas and gave a quick glance in her ears and said he couldn't see mites and wouldn't treat her for them until she and my other pets had been treated for fleas 180 lighter and a week later and she now has more sores all over her face. Annoyed I went to pets at home and bought ear mite drops for my cat 2 weeks later sores are nearly all gone and she no longer has ear mites. Cost me 5.... I was somewhat ticked off. Today my dog actually has fleas and I went to get flea treatment for my dog and cat but apparently they can't give me flea treatment because they haven't seen my dog since 2016, I haven't been there with my animals because I get their yearly jabs at vets for pets 100 for life its a no brainer lady vet told me they couldn't match it so all animals past, present and future go to vets for pets for their jabs, you haven't seen him because he's healthy I don't randomly bring my dog or cat to the vets to line your pockets I bring them when they are ill or injured. Coming to the vets is stressful enough for my dog and cat they hate it my cat always pees herself. I also don't need to pay you a consultation fee to tell my my dog/cat has fleas any idiot can see that. I'll get the treatment online its half the price you charge and it will get the job done.... When I first came here I thought I had found a good vet that was interested in the health and welfare of my animals not how much money they can make out of me like so many I have visited over the years but since the lady left (I wish I knew where because I would go there) it would appear they are just like all the rest... cannot recommend them anymore.
