Really unique bar situated in a church. Stunning architecture inside, amazing cocktails and great food.Occasionally they have live music, the one gent who was playing was really talented and complemented the vibe with his acoustic covers really well.
Yhe place is nice and cozy. In winter it is very cold there. I did not even take off my coat. The food in general is very tasty. Drinks are a little overpriced. Staff is somewhat careless, you have to follow everything they do. Last time I was there, a barman did not add one dish to the order. Luckily I asked for a receipt and could show him what was missing. Also two of the house cocktails that I chose were unavailable. The waiter bring food and wanted to serve it on a dirty and sticky table. We asked her to clean it, and she did it with no hesitation. She forgot to bring coleslaw that came with the dish and did not offer mayo, ketchup with fries. So I had to ask for it all.
Love this interior! Food is average, but drinks are good. You should visit this place just to see inside.
Once a church, now a pub, still has stained glass windows and other original features. Perfect place to enjoy a pint of Hells. Prices are a bit above average, the ambience of the place makes up for it. It can get very busy on weekend evenings, call that a pro or a con depending on what your preference is.
Lovely pub very pretty and staff very welcoming the only thing was the beer and wine was warm and took a while to come out. But food came out quick and very tasty. Would go again. Great for parties.
