We travelled 2hrs to view the car, which was just what we wanted for our daughters 1st car. The car was just as described. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were allowed time to test drive the car without any pressure. I would fully recommend buying a car from Alan Tully. Just to reinforce the positive experience. There was a fault with the car, which happened a month after purchasing. This could not have been foreseen at the time of buying. The customer service shown by Alan Tully Cars was first class. When considering my next car purchase I would have no hesitation in buying from Alan Tully. Thank you
Great sales guys, boss is a nice man too! No messing around. Only gripe is they didn't change the battery in the key, and I did ask for that to happen, but didn't ruin the experience or the beautiful car I bought. See you in 3 years guys to get my next one!!
Had a great experience buying from Alan tully motors. Good price, great service and sorted everything out for me. If I needed to know anything or had a problem, they were so easy to get in contact with. Will be dealing with these again someday. 5 stars.
We have always recommended these but last year we have a land rover and had nothing but trouble from day one. Eventually after being towed back to the garage we swopped the car and paid more money and guess what have problems with this one. But vote with your feet we won't go back or recommend again. Sorry because before this had no trouble
Had a great experience buying from Joe at Alan Tully cars. Arrived to look at a very well priced X5. We were allowed to look at and test drive the car alone and with no pressure at all. We agreed a price and were offered a fair price part exchange on our old car. There was a piece of trim missing from the front of the car which Joe agreed to have replaced for when we picked the car up. Around a month after we bought the car it developed a suspension leak and Joe agreed to pay for the repair to be done at a garage local to me. No quibble or problem at all. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Highly recommended.
