Wes on sales was very helpful. Unfortunately he was off the following day so had to deal with other people who couldnt be less interested in helping. Seemed reluctant to answer simple questions which isnt what you want when buying a second hand car. If I was able to deal with Wes then there probably would have been a sale as he seemed genuine, honest and helpful. Customer service training seems required for others.

Unfortunately my car has been in and out of the service garage a few times, normally I would find this stressful as my car is my job. However the service department at Citroen, Nuthall Rd have been fantastic. The team on the desk are always polite and welcoming and Chris the service manager has been great. He keeps me updated and has arranged a courtesy car at short notice for me. Cant thank the team enough!
